In October 2015, G.C. Schneider Construction was chosen to be the main contractor for the remodeling of Jack's Cafe in Westwood, New Jersey as a part of the American Diner Revival Series on The Food Network! Chris Schneider and his team worked hard with volunteers from Bergen COunty to remodel the restaurant.
